1. Data controller

2. Data we collect on the website

softlat.com is a static site intended to present our services. We do not use analytics cookies or tracking tools: third-party analytics are disabled.

The only place where you provide personal data is the contact form. There you may supply your name or company, your email address, optionally your WhatsApp number, the project type, and the message you wish to send us.

When you submit the form, your data is not stored in a site database: it is used to compose a message that opens in WhatsApp so you can contact us directly. Any subsequent handling of that message takes place over WhatsApp and email for the sole purpose of replying to your request.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process the form data for the sole purpose of handling your enquiry, preparing a proposal, and maintaining the commercial communication you initiate. The legal basis is your consent, given when you voluntarily send us the information, and our legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising, nor do we sell or transfer it for commercial purposes.

4. Data in our mobile applications

In addition to the website, Softlat publishes mobile applications (for example, on Google Play and the App Store). Each application has its own privacy data-safety listing and, where applicable, its own specific policy, which prevails over this one for that application.

In general, an application may process categories such as: account data (for example, name, email, or sign-in identifier), usage data (interactions within the app), and device data (technical identifiers required for operation and security).

Processing within each application is based on the user's consent and/or the performance of the service the app provides, and is limited to what is necessary for that purpose.

5. Data retention

We retain contact data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and the resulting commercial relationship, and thereafter for the periods required by applicable law.

In applications with a user account, data is retained while the account is active and is deleted or anonymized after closure, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and restriction of processing at any time.

7. Minors

Our services and website are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If a specific application is directed at minors, its privacy listing will state so and will apply the corresponding safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. We will publish the current version on this same page, indicating the last-updated date.
