Frequently asked questions

What to know before commissioning a project: pricing, timelines, technology, warranty and code ownership.

Pricing and payments

With an internal complexity-points engine: we measure your project's scope, turn it into a fixed price and send it to you in writing before work starts. You pay 50% to start and 50% when you approve the result.

In two parts: 50% to start and 50% when you approve the result in the test environment.

No. The price is fixed and set in writing before work starts, along with the scope. If you later want to add something that was not included, it is quoted separately and you decide whether to go ahead.

Nothing. You tell us what you need and we reply with the scope and the price in writing, with no commitment.

Timeline and process

Just a conversation. You tell us about your business and what you want to solve, no jargon needed, and we build the quote from that.

It depends on the scope. The timeline is written into the quote, alongside the price, and you see it progress in the test environment.

Yes. You try it in a test environment before approving it, and you pay the second half only once you are happy.

We talk it through. If it fits the agreed scope, it gets done; if it is something new, we give you its price before touching anything.

Technology

Yes. AI speeds up the build, and every delivery goes through automated tests, review and quality checks before it reaches you.

With whatever serves each project best: among others, Next.js, Astro, Angular, React, NestJS, Laravel, PostgreSQL and Firebase. The ones behind each job are on the Case studies page.

Yes: Android and iOS apps connected to your operation, with their own admin panel and cloud data.

Yes. First we review it and tell you what we found and what is worth doing; then we quote the fix or the improvement.

After delivery

Bug fixes, security updates, performance tweaks within your platform's scope, and support. Each plan is quoted for your system and renews only if you decide so.

A written warranty of 30 to 60 days, depending on the type of project. Its terms are in the quote, before work starts.

It is quoted as new work, with the same method: a fixed price in writing and payment in two parts.

Working remotely

Yes. We work remotely, in Spanish and English, by WhatsApp, email or video call. Delivery and support work the same wherever you are.

With the person who builds your system, no go-betweens, by WhatsApp, email or video call.

Ownership and confidentiality

You do, once payment is complete. You get the source code and the access, with no lock-in: you can continue with another team whenever you want.

Yours. The domain, the hosting and the service accounts are created in your name or transferred to you on delivery.

Yes. What you tell us about your business is used only for your project, and if you need one we sign a confidentiality agreement.
