Atrévete terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern Atrévete, the party and couples game for people over 18 that Softlat offers on Google Play, and complement softlat.com's general Terms. Today they cover the pre-registration reward. If we add other terms for the app, we will publish them on this page. 1. Who offers Atrévete
Atrévete is offered by René Arturo Pérez Rodríguez (sole proprietorship, NIT 9392542016), trading as «Softlat». Address: Cochabamba, Bolivia.
2. The pre-registration reward
People who pre-register for Atrévete on Google Play before launch receive a reward: «Six months without ads». For six months, Atrévete does not show the ad banner or offer you rewarded ads. It is free and is not sold separately.
3. Who receives the reward
You receive it if you meet all three conditions:
- you pre-registered on Atrévete's Google Play listing before launch;
- you are in one of the countries where pre-registration is available;
- you are 18 or older.
It is given once per Google Play account.
4. How it is delivered
Google Play delivers it after launch, to the account you pre-registered with. Atrévete lets you know the first time you open it with the reward delivered, and Settings shows the date until which you will not see ads.
5. How long it lasts
Six calendar months, counted from the date Google Play delivers the reward. When it expires, ads come back on their own and the reward does not renew. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not extend it: the expiry date comes from the delivery, not from the installation.
6. If you have the no-ads license
The lifetime no-ads license is a separate one-time purchase on Google Play. If you already have it, or buy it while the reward lasts, the license prevails: you will not see ads again even after the reward expires.
7. What the reward is not
The reward has no cash value: it cannot be exchanged for money or other products, and it cannot be transferred to another account.
8. Changes and end of the promotion
Softlat may end pre-registration or change these terms before launch, by publishing the new version on this page. A reward already delivered is honored until it expires.
9. Google Play and your data
Pre-registration and the delivery of the reward are operated by Google Play, under its own terms. The data Atrévete uses is explained in its Privacy Policy, at softlat.com/en/atrevete/privacy.
